Return Policy
You have 20 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. Some items will incur a restocking charge. For further details on a specific manufacturer please refer to our Return Policy Page. We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fees on these items.


Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail or phone at 718-726-7575 to obtain return instructions. Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization.

Defective or Damaged Hardware
If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item.
