Solid Forged Brass: All Estate Knobs, Levers and Roses are manufactured of solid forged brass for maximum strength and durability.

Latches: All Estate latches are constructed for exceptional durability and smooth operation. The heavy latch bolt springs are performance tested to eliminate lever sag. All latches are reversible to accommodate all door conditions

Faceplate: Latches are supplied with a 1" (25mm) faceplate.

Strike: Latches are supplied standard with a full lip strike.

Rose: All Estate Roses are designed to conceal a 2 1/8" (54mm) condition.

Door Cutout: The adaptor easily installs into a 2 1/8" (54mm) cutout and aligns the latch with the trim.

Concealed Mounting: Estate Knob and Lever sets offer a concealed mounting system. There are no fasteners visible to accumulate dirt and debris.

Easy Installation: The single screw design facilitates quick and secure installation. Since the set screw does NOT carry any torque, there is no tendency for the knob or lever to loosen on the spindle. The spindle is designed to eliminate any problems in locating the trim for 1 3/8" (35mm) or 1 3/4" (49mm) thick doors. Knobs and Levers simply slide onto the spindle which is drilled to receive the set screw.

Door Thickness: Estate lock sets fit 1 3/8" (35mm) and 1 3/4" (49mm) doors.
